1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bk999 platform and all services operated under it. In this document, "we", "our" and "bk999" refer to the entity operating this platform. "You" or "member" refers to the person registered on the platform or using the service.

"Service" refers to the bk999 website, mobile application and all sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games and other gaming options available through it. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 Account Ownership

3 Account Verification and Security

bk999 may request completion of an account verification (KYC) process at any time. This may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is completed.

Use a strong password to keep your account secure and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bk999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access unless it is caused by a fault in our system.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are currently available for deposits on bk999. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank are accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are also available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The name on the withdrawal request must match the name on the registered account.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed under review if unusual activity is suspected.
• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal method be the same.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bk999 offers various types of bonuses for members. A 120% first-deposit bonus is currently available for new members, up to a maximum of ৳8,000 — the wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be completed.

There are also regular promotional offers, including the bk999 Weekly Reload Festival (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15×), bk999 Cricket Fever Bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 12×) and bk999 Daily Slot Charge (20% bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 20×).

5.1 Bonus Terms of Use

• A bonus may be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• No winnings earned from a bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bk999 reserves the right to withhold a bonus from any member at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and gaming decisions made on bk999 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — exceptions apply to bets arising from system errors and clearly incorrect odds. If a dispute arises over the outcome of an event or game, the game provider's records will be taken as final.

Betting limits are set according to each event or game type, and bk999 reserves the right to change these limits. A maximum winnings cap may also apply. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or connection loss, it will be resolved according to the game provider's policy.

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, both pre-match bets placed before a match starts and live bets will follow the applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the decision on that bet will be made according to bk999's stated policy.

6.2 Casino and Live Games

Each casino game has its own rules and RTP rating. Live casino games are operated through Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and other major studios.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk999 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or circumventing bonus rules.
• Using any automated software, bots or artificial technology to place bets or operate games.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error in the system.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bk999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice. Accounts are typically closed for reasons including: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information or failure to complete verification.

A member may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, any remaining balance may be withdrawn provided all wagering requirements have been met. As part of responsible gaming, there is also the option to voluntarily close an account or apply restrictions for a set period.

9 Responsible Gaming
